Default axle/rotors/calipers locked up please help!

Its either something with one of the three. I put the b16 in my hf i switched rotors, calipers, brakepads everything from a 90 dx. when i tighten down my axle nuts it like actually tightens the wheel somehow so it doesnt want to spin. i also got the 90 ls integra axles. the right seems to be to tight in the area but it wont fit on the other side. i am thouroghly confused and irratated. oh yea if i loosen the axle nuts the rotors and brake pads grind like ***** f___s. i know i need to drive that one out but i dont understand the axles? are they in backwords, right and left and i am just not forcing it in enough or what. oh if it matters my ebrake doesnt work at all, pulls right up doesnt do a damn thing. thanks
chris

The dust seal cup must be removed from the hub, as the axle dust seal is an interference fit with the Teg or ZC axles.

Agreed. The brake rotor should be albe to be turned freely without the axle in. When you put the axle in the rotor should still spin freely unless it is binding on #2 in this picture.

When using the 90-93 LS axles you need to also use the LS intermidiate shaft from the S1 trans. You should also be using the Si hubs from either civic/crx. You can also use the 90-91 LS integra's or the civic EX.... Both of which you also need the knuckles, hubs, rotors, calipers, and they give you a factory big brake upgrade, same as the JDM SIR.
