ok, so i FINALLY get to drive my Prelude today, and i go to my friends house and hang out for a few mintues, but when i go to leave, the car won't start. so here the deal
on my fuel pressure guage on the fuel rail, it read zero
i can't tell if the fuel pump is running
AND
i have a CEL, and it won't show a code, PLUS, i left my Helms at the shop that was doing some of the work.
so, does anyone have any ideas? i have a walbro 255gph fuel pump that is not yet installed, so i am going to put it in tomorrow and see if it solves the problem, but if anyone has any ideas PLEASE PLEASE let me know

ok, so here's the new info..... i just installed the walbro 255gph pump, and from what i've been told you can easily tell if it's running or not from the amount of noise it makes. BUT, i turned the key to position 2, and nothing happened.
like i said, the CEL is on, but it wouldn't flash a code
i checked both fuses for the fuel pump under the dash and they were good
is there some sort of relay that could have went out? if so, where is it located?

You have to jump the service connector for the CEL to flash the code. Also check your main fuel injection relay. It's the big one in the dash above the ECU.

ok, so where is this fuel injection realy at? my ECU is under the pasanger side floor pan on my Prelude, and yes, i did use a jumper to get the CEL to flash, and it wouldn't flash.
i checked all the fuses everywhere, and none of them were blown, but i didn't know how to check to see if a relay was working

ok, well, i replaced the relay, the CEL went off, but the car still won't start, my friends at Honda thinks there could be a problem with the immobilizer system, or even the ignition switch (since the 5th gens had a recall on the ignition switch).
fuel pump is new, walbro 255 gph
fuel pump fuses are good
main relay has been replaced
CEL has gone off
still no fuel pressure

What year is your car, and what year is the ecu? On my car, I had to move the pin for the fuel pump on the ecu. But this is for a '00 B18B into a '99 civic. Also the immobilizer could be a problem, If your key does not match up with the ecu.
Serisouly, did you check to make sure you have enough gas in the tank? Is the car parked on an incline with little to no gas in the tank?
When you turn the key to the second notch, you should hear the fuel pump prime and then click off; does this happen?
