Let me guess, throwing a code?
Let me also guess that you didnt hook up the VTM signal wire from the vafc.

Make sure there is 60 psi of oil presure @ 5000 rpms. You might not have enough presure to trigger the switch. If you are sure you have good oil presure,

Try this.

1. Check for continuity on the 2 terminals of the VTEC presure switch. If there is no continuity, replace that bitch.

If there is continuity then do ......
Turn iginition on.
Measure voltage between (+) bue/black wire and ground on engine harness. (since yours is an LS Vtec, the wire that supplies voltage to vtec oil presure switch)
If there is no power, you check wiring. There is probably a break somewhere.

IF wiring is ok, check for voltage on terminal D6(+) and D22(-) on the ECU. There should be 12V @ 6000 rpm.

Otherwise, replace ECU.
