Default b16a code 22 help

I just installed my vafc and it worked fine for half a day. This is when the problem started, last night I blew my oil pan gasket. I fixed it and adjusted my CTR cams +3 and -2 and 19deg on ign. I set my vafc at 5400 for vtec to kick. I let it warm up and took it for a ride it hit vtec and bogged out at 7500. The check light did not come on till I hit vtec a couple of times. I checked oil level and all the wiring still can't get it to run right.
I have a very important race coming up in two days for $500. Any help.

if its running a code 22 that is vtec oil pressure. check your oil level and you oil press then check the pressure senosr on the vtec solenoid

There is road work being done where I live and a drove into a ditch. I was messing around with it to day and when you unhook the vafc everything is ok, but when you hook up the vafc it runs like ****. So what I did is just run the vafc for the fuel managment and just hooked up the vtec stuff back to the ecu. Can someone tell me whats wrong.

The VAFC is garbage! That box is a hack everyone thinks they need. Cutting the oil pressure wire, now that's just stupid. You can put it on a stock car and have all the settings at zero basically, and the car will run noticibaly worse throughout the power band. It's kind of funny, anyone that's really running fast doesn't have that box, but on the show circuit it's required equipment. I will say it is a valuable tool for tuning if you can't afford something better and want to add a number of other hacks on a FI car, otherwise, like the poster at honda says, "only Honda OEM parts belong on you Honda".
