ok when i stop for like red light or somthing, it some times "bounces" from 800-1200 RPM like a few times before running normal 800 RPM agian ?! some times it does it more then other times !!

check your vacccums/gaskets for any air leakage

vaccum ?? there isnt much of that on it !!
