Default amp messed up. neen help quick!

yesterday me and my friend installed my alpine mrd m300 in his s-10 to see if it worked because i haven't tried it out yet. it worked fine. worked fine when we took it out. i went to hook it up in my car today and everything works fine. it powers on and everything except it wont push anything to the sub. i know its the amp because we hooked my sub up to another amp and it worked. it seems like something has gone wrong with the speaker input slots. i hope that i can fix this here because i don't want to send it back to the factory. somone please help. thanks.

if it is the digital amp make sure it is not in safe mode, we have had problems with this at our shop.
