will last week i put on my progress camber kit and then got my car aligned, after i got my car aligned everytime i shift a gear the tires would go left or right and it was hard to keep it going striaght, it also pulls to the right hard, so this morning i went back to the alignment shop and the guy test drove my car, and said that my rack and pinion is off or worn or some ****, i think he aligned my car wrong because before i went to the alignment shop it never pulled left or right, i don't want to buy and install a rack and pinion if i don't need too, that would be bs. i drove my car close to 100 miles before i got the alignment and it went pretty straight down the road never pulled left or right.
what do u guys think it is? i'm gonna go to another alignment shop and see what they have to say, cuz i really don't think its my rack and pinion if it drove fine before i got it aligned

that's what i would do. take it to another place first. if they say the alignment is off, try to get the first shop to pay for the remedial work.
My 93 Civic does the same thing. I believe my P/S rack is toast.
Before I got the car lined up it didn't feel that bad, BUT that was because the tow was off. Once the tow was set properly we found the rack was sloppy.
My buddy owns one of those laser alignment machines at his garage so i trust the job he did.
I'm installing the new rack sometime next week.
