i notice this wkend my oil pan has some oil on it...it is moist with oil...
anyone know if this can be a leak or the oil pan gasket??
how much would it be to fix this?

 

Depends on what year accord you have...I know that the 94 accord had a recall on the balancer oil shaft seal. If this isnt taken care of, oil will leak like a new born baby, on the ground, soak the water pump, and the oil pan. I just had to fix this.

Well if your car hasn't been in a crash, take it to the dealer, its free. But if you were me, and didnt know that the previous owner got in 2 crashes, you have to fix it yourself for about 200-300. (parts and labor)

 

i have to replace my oil pan gasket in my 90 accord coupe and the gasket is about 25 bucks.

 

how hard was it to replace??

 

To get everything out of the way is a pain, but to just put the seal on was a cinch.
