Can anyone recommend a good (affordable) place to get Honda's worked on in Indy? My sister-in-law continues to go to the dealer to get their Accord and Odyssey worked on, because she's doesn't know of anyplace else to go.

Any suggestions you can provide are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Sorry I dont have any suggestions on where you sister can bring her car.

 

I know of a couple people that aren't associated with any shops, but are good Honda mechanics all around.

Justin <justin@8120performance.com> - Him and his friend used to own a Honda shop, but lack of finances forced them to close.

Robbie S. <roboseal@webtv.net> - Currently has the fastest EG hatch in our parts. 400whp+ with 11 sec. 1/4 mile ET's. He's in Richmond tho, not Indy.

You could take it to IIP, but they'd probably charge you just as much as the dealership.

Is that a J-series or F-series engine'd Odyssey?

 

I'm sure I've seen you, you just haven't seen me. I'm *always* in my wife's Accord when I see other ITRs I think you were at a light next to us a month or so ago heading north on Mason-Montgomery Rd, just north of Fields Ertel. It was a yellow ITR, lowered with factory wheels. Can't be too many of those around.

Also saw a 98 and 00+ together one SUnday morning by the P&G research center on Mason-Montgomery. They were together. Again, I was in the Accord

I dont think you have seen me because I havent had mine out for about 6 weeks...
and when I did have it out, I drove it to a restaurant and then back to my house.

Do you autocross?

 

He tries to, but he sucks. I suck about 2 tenths worse though

 

He tried to autocross in my car once... he didn't too bad

lol. Every once in a while. I'm typically faster in other people's cars than in my own, so it's getting harder to borrow rides
