Ok we have a b20 block, gsr head, and gsr water pump( its the one with the smaller gear on it, not as big as a b16 pump). what timing belt will we need for this setup?

The Gsr and B16 water pumps are the same part number. They both have the larger pulley gear on it. If you have a small pulley gear then its an Ls water pump. If you use the gsr water pump then use Gsr timing belt. Lates

gsr and b16 belts are not the same. they are different lengths. For an ls/vtec if you use a gsr or Type R timing belt use a 1.8 vtec timing belt. If you use a stock ls timing belt use an ls water pump. Its that simple. A b16 timing belt is to short.

No I said the B16 water pumps and the B18c water pumps are the same and if you use those one and lsvtec then you use the gsr/type r timing belt. The if you have the water pump with the smaller gear then its and Ls water pump if you use the Ls water pump then you use the ls timing belt . lates

And they keep giving me the one with the smaller gear that does not match our acura belt. I have 2 old ones here in both styles its just that there puter does not list it. oh well ill get if figured out, thanks again
