Few syncro questions
I think I'm gonna replace my 4th gear syncro.
My tranny is JDM. Is there any difference between US and JDM syncros?
How much does a scyncro cost?
And can someone post a pic of the inside of a B series tranny? Just cause I like pics..

Yep, it's on the shaft on the left... count 1 straight and 2 helical gears from the bottom, then is the synchros rings (brass colored) and collar( wide groove for shift fork). You hsould replace at a minimum the rings if not the collar. The synchro hub should be fine.
Depends on your ability. I did it myself w/o much experience in anything... but I'm not mechanically retarded. I wouldn't reccommend doing it if
a)You're retarded
b)You're on a tight schedule to get it done
c)You don't have a helms
You always got h-t to help but if you're not comfortable then you might want to have someone else do it.

What numbers locate the replacement part/s? Is this even the right pic?

And, what type of tools would I need? Gear puller and **** like that?
