Looking to help develope a compression calculator for D series.
Need measurements of any and all D series parts.

 

I was hoping someone would do that...I doubt anyone knows

 

D16Y8 Cylinder Head CC's = 32.8
D16Y7 Cylinder Head CC's = 34.6
D16Z6 Cylinder Head CC's = 34.6
D16A6 Cylinder Head CC's = 38

Rod/Stroke ratio for all of these is 1.52:1

 

D15B8-38.2cc 1.59
D15Z1-25.3cc 1.62
D15b7-38cc 1.59
D16Y5-32.8cc 1.52

what else did you need exactly bore, stroke, cylinder vol, engine displacement

Head gaskets.
Bores
Strokes
Piston to deck height
Pistons dish/dome

 

All have 75 mm bore D16A1, D16A8/9 ZC, D16A6, D16Z6, D16Y7, D16Y8 all have 89.99 mm strokes, D15's have 84.5mm stroke, D17's have 94.4mm stroke.

D15's have 134mm rods, A1, A6, A8/9, Z6, Y7/8 all have 137mm rods.

Y8 and Z6 have 0.037" thick headgasket and A1,A6, A8/9, have 0.048" head gasket.

A6, Z6, Y7/8 all have 212.0138mm deck height.

A6, Z6, Y7/8 all have Piston comp heights of 29.3116mm. D15s have piston comp heights of 30.7mm
