Test pipe question
For those with test pipes, did u guys use the stock spring bolts or did u have to buy longer bolts to put it on? Is it ok to replace the spring bolts with regular ones? If not, where can I get longer spring bolts?
I used stock springs/washers w/ longer bolts, the bolts are really long, it looks kinda ridiculous-i wish i had pics, you'd laugh. They are like 8"long. They were out of the size i needed.

Is it neccesary to use the springs? What would happen if u didn't?

on the cw py you get exhaust marks on the bumper. turns them black so that sucks. you can feel a difference though and also here a bit of a difference.
it does stink a bit more, but the hp gain (however minimal) is good.

Big Rattles... Now I understand why my exhaust rattle like crazy...
The only thing is that it doesn't rattle on acceleration but when I decelerate...
I thought it was the exhaust protection near the fuel tank...
I'll put the springs back on and I'll see...

Other than a rattle, any other downsides?
Other than a rattle, any other downsides?Yes, I broke my cat in half at the welds from not using the spring bolts. It has to flex somewhere, so it will flex at the weakest point.
