Default bogging..

I am having problems with bogging. When in first gear as soon as the clutch engages my car will bog a little bit before taking off. Then I will shift into second and it will bog again.

Any ideas?

D16Z6 stock, 5th gen hatchback.

at what rpm do you take off and shift? Try releasing the clutch nice and smooth.

I release at 2000k, I thought that was the problem so I tried shifting at diff rpm ranges and I am still having the bogging. I know it cant be my driving..

I also got a brand new clutch (had it about a month now) so it cant be the clutch.

Any other suggestions?

I would make sure everything's tuned up- some injector cleaner, plugs, clean/ replace air filter, etc...
also could you be running rich or lean?

Thanks, I think I will definately try replacing all of the little stuff first.

What would I have to do if I was running too rich or too lean to solve the problem?

I was running very rich, so I bought an Apex V-AFC, and had it tuned on a dyno so everything's all good now.

The clutch is enguaging, its just there is no kick after wards.. it feels like a loss of power, (bogs) and then it takes off.

Could be alot of things...Bad o2 sensor (limp mode)...bad spark plug wires, bad, cap/rotor, bad spark plugs....bad fuel pump, dirty injectors, clogged fuel filter, clogged FPR....clogged fuel lines...out of all of that, I'm guessing it's either a bad coils, or bad spark plugs...
