Default car bogging...please help *searched*

Hey guys, I have a 1993 civic si w/ a jdm gsr swap. when i shift 1st to 2nd at redline my car bogges down pretty bad. mods include i/h/e, act streetdisk clutch, and lightened flywheel. its fine after the shift threw the entire powerband. i still have stock mounts, do you think a bad tranny mount may be the problem?

thanks alot.

does it seem like the clutch is slipping because it won't go anywhere? My car did the same, got a new cap and rotor and i was good to go.

no it doesnt feel like the clutch is slipping... i guess it boggs 1st to 2nd so bad b/c of the clutch hitting purdy hard, 2nd to 3rd its not very noticable.

when i say clutch slipping i mean as if it was, as in because the engine bogs so much that it feels like its not accelerating, as though the clutch was slipping. Check ur cap anyways.

try not stomping the gas when you shift and if that helps it could be what i said and what they said. but if your wires, plugs, cap, rotor button or coil pack is old then change them. that stuff is some of the most important on maintnence. and change your coil for the last resort seeing how it cost the most. i think there like 80 or 120 from autozone

also i said not shifting fast enough because my car would bog down sometimes when i would shift fast and hard from 1st-2nd when i had extra weight in the car (extra people). or reving it way up in neutral while shifting can cause this also if you are under 180 hp

also having a lowerd car or stiffer springs helps when shifting fast from 1st-2nd they keep the car from lifting and dipping. they actually keep the weight or center of gravity in one place
