Default E-Brake

my e-brake is weak... i duno wat is wrong.
when i park uphill, and put the e-brake on (3 clicks is normal for me), my car still rolls back... i got my brakes bled out with new brake fluid, but it's still weak.
rear brakes are drums btw..
wat should i do to fix it?

Pull off your rear drums and adjust the rear brakes.... Theres a small notched wheel that you turn to adjust them. Take a flat screwdriver and turn it downwards a few clicks then put drum on to see if it rubs slighty, if it dosen't adjust a few more click and so on....

btw, turning downwards is turning clockwise?

Umz.... Say you are are lookin at it from the front of the vehicle, yes clockwise.... Hopefully you see what I'm talkin about when you get a drum off....
