Need help Chirp noise from valve train noisy

The 2017 crv slowly lost power and quit. when cold it starts up with a chirp sound coming from the valve train. no odb2 codes. any ideas? here is a video the oil is fine

Started cold this morning, sound like the valve train is not getting oil. Odb2 no misfires so not injectors.

Are you sure its coming from the valve train? Because that sounds like the noise mine was making. Turned out to be the power steering pump.

HARD TO SAY, BUT I DID TAKE THE BELT OFF AND DID NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE
