It wont hold boost pressure when testing the system with boost tester. I've pumped it up to 15 psi and it will drop once I remove to supplied air from the air compressor. I've checked the intercooler, piping, boost controller, vacuum lines to boost controller, turbo, intake manifold, throttle body, idle control valve, BOV, and wastegate. Sprayed all of these with soap water plus everything in the engine bay and no signs of leak. I do however heard a air leak coming from the up pipe off the turbo. I sprayed everywhere around turbo like the turbo, waste gate, and exhaust manifold connecting to turbo/ motor. I have no idea where to locate the leak. Once I pull the air at 15psi it drops a little faster than 1 sec per psi until I get to 6 psi then it drops very slow. Any ideas will be appreciated.

If you have the intake on, its my understanding that you will have pressure leaking past the throttle plate and past some of the valves enough that you will get a pressure drop. I think you need to seal pre-throttle plate and test only the charge system.
