Default Turbo civic giving me hell

Hey so I recent bought a 94 civic with a blown turbo(engine had good compression)
it’s a d15b7 non vtec
So first time I drove it was a 2 hour trip, didn’t get anywhere near high rpm but it drove fine it was not lacking power at all under 4k rpms. So far I’ve replaced the turbo, fixed the exhaust and chipped the ecu with a basemap on an sst chip.
I had a code 6 before which was for the ect sensor so I soldered back the ripped out wire, now I have no codes but still a solid cel.
driving the car, it has absolutely no power like you probably can’t get to 3rd gear the way it is. Won’t rev past 3k and I had to constantly dump the clutch to get up my driveway lol.
What’s weird is the first time you start it, the car will idle and rev fine it will have its power. Later on or second time you start it, it just looses it and you can’t rev past 3k.
it’s obviously not suppose to be driven on a basemap but I can’t take it to my tuner if I can’t drive up any hills to get to his place which is an hour away.
I have fuel pressure
i have air
i have spark
but it feels like spark or fuel is what’s getting cut when this happens. With it giving me no codes I’m kinda confused on where to go from here

forgot to add- on second startups you need to hold the gas down to get it started

What engine management is on it ? You can always have towed there. If money is an issue, you don’t need a modified car.

he’s using crome I think.
nah money isn’t an issue but I don’t wanna bring up a car that has something wrong that he’s not able to diagnose or fix ya know, would be a waste of time for him and a waste of a tow for me

edit: I’m gonna drive the chip up to him on monday and see if it was a problem with the map bc unless my icm got burnt out from the long drive, I’m not sure if their even is anything else that can be causing that
