Location - Turn signal relay?

Location - Turn signal relay?
1995 Honda Del Sol
Does anyone have a picture or diagram of where the turn signal relay is located?
My signal lights come on, but don't flash.
Hazards work.
Fuses 15 and 43 are fine.
Indicator light for top latch open does work, which I believe uses the same fuses (15?)
So I'd suspect the turn signal relay. Another post said it was above the clutch pedal, but does anyone have a picture or diagram?
