Default Turn Signal Relay Fuse (solved)

I have a stock 93 Honda Del Sol si 1.6. The turning signals don't work at all and the signal relay fuse doesn't click at all. I wanted to test it first before trying to replace the switch which is very costly for me right now. I prefer diagnosing first instead of just replacing parts.

Which relay fuses can I use temporarily in place of the turn signal relay fuse to test it? I don't want to use one that would mess any other function up.

it's called a turn signal relay, do you signals light up but don't blink? they go bad all the time not a very expensive part

They don't light up at all, but my hazards and everything else works. Thanks for the response.

check your fuses, It's doubtful that both sides of the turn signal switch in the combination switch failed at the same time, could also be the flasher unit blew a fuse, order one swap it in, if it's not the issue, you have a spare, which you should have anyway, along with a few spare bulbs

There's a specific fuse for the turn signals in the dash fuse box.

I figured it out. It was a wire connector that was starting to wiggle its way loose in the fuse box.

However, there is also a fuse #43 in the fuse box in the engine compartment. And this one needs to be working for the other fuse to complete a circuit.
