Good News...Bad News
The good news is, my radiator fan works. I let my car idle for about 20 minutes and it came on. The bad news is, I still don't know the source to my radiator problems.
The car always leaks antifreeze on the a/c sidee of the car, below the timing belt. I have no idea why it is doing this. The radiator is new and I have cheaked it for leaks. What could be wrong? If anyone has ever had this problem please inform me, or if you might have a solution thanks.

water pump? i bet its the water pump if its leaking from the lower timing belt area ..cheak the weep holes on the pump when the motor is running jack it up (use jackstands) start the car let it idle and trace the leak ..water pumps have weep holes when seals go bad in them so you know to replace it
what you talkin about? I dont need anything under the hood, it's just added weight so I can get traction to the front wheels....yo
but ya I think waterpump too..thats the only thing coolant over that area

very important piece on your motor.
LOL...astute observation, there
. Last time I checked, most of them (parts) were.
it's fairely difficult, you have to take off the timing belt, while your there you might as well get a new one...so if you've done a timing belt it's a piece of cake, all you do is take it off, adn a few nuts come off waterpump, if you haven't done a timing belt... you'll need a air compressor (or a really strong friend? :/)
get a helms/haynes book helps BIG time!

Yup, if you ever did a timing belt before it's a piece of cake. My advice is, if you don't know how to do it send it out to have it fixed, it should run you around $250 for timing belt and waterpump. Which is not bad, it's better than you trying to figure out what to do, and it will take you a long time.
