Default 99 Honda Civic EX A/T ecu obd2a or obd2b

I’m currently in the process of trying to finish my swap, I have a p28 ecu that’s obd2a and I’m using the A/T wiring harness and all of the auto components. I ordered a obd2b to obd2a conversion harness because when I used the manual ecu the car cranks but won’t start but with the auto it drives fine other than it’s running a little rich and feels like it doesn’t wanna take off but that could very well be the old gas trying to be pushed through a somewhat clogged system. Did I buy the right conversion harness? Is the auto ecu obd2b?

This is the auto ecu that I’m thinking is obd2b

This is the obd2a p28 in question
