Default Radio not getting power

I've noticed there's not much help on this subject.
I have a 1993 Del Sol Si and I got a stereo and Metra wiring kit. I used a continuity tester and my connections with the wiring kit to the oem harness are good. When I try to read voltage coming to the yellow wire, I'm not getting anything. The fuse is good and there is continuity between the test pins on the fuse when it is plugged in. I'm referring to fuse #23, for the radio.

I'm trying to find where the harness connects to the fuse box, but I can't find any matching wires. Anyone have advice on what my problem could be? I'm on my second radio, this one is a brand new Pioneer. Again, my connections are good. I'm not getting the constant 12v I should be and the fuse is good. Do I have to take apart my interior to find a bad connection? Is there a ground somewhere I should look for? Any advice is helpful.
yes i did a lot of research didnt find anything helpful

Update: I found where the wires plug into the fuse box. I tested continuity for the yellow wire and the black wire and they have good connection. So, if my 12v constant and negative wire have good connection to the fuse box, and my fuse is good, why am I not getting power??
any help appreciated

Ensure that the fuse for the radio is in good condition. You've already mentioned that you've done this, but it's always good to double-check. If the fuse is blown, you won't get power to the stereo.

Next, check the wiring between the fuse and the stereo. You mentioned that you're not getting any voltage at the yellow wire, so it's possible that there's a break in the wiring somewhere. It could be as simple as a loose connection or a bad ground. Make sure all your connections are tight and secure.

If the wiring between the fuse and the stereo is in good condition, the problem may be with the wiring between the stereo and the speakers. Try disconnecting the speakers and seeing if the stereo turns on. If it does, there may be a short circuit in the speaker wiring.

You also mentioned that you're having trouble finding where the harness connects to the fuse box. This could be tricky, but you can try tracing the wire from the fuse to the back of the radio. From there, you can check the wiring and make sure everything is connected properly.

If you have good continuity and have confirmed that the fuse is good, there are a few other things you can check. Make sure that you have a good ground connection for your stereo. You may also want to double-check your wiring connections to make sure that they are correct and tight.

It's possible that there is a break in the wiring somewhere between the fuse box and the stereo. You may want to use a multimeter to test for continuity between the fuse box and the stereo to ensure that there are no breaks in the wiring.

Another possibility is that there is an issue with the stereo itself. If you have already tried two different radios and are still not getting power, it's possible that there is a problem with the wiring or connections that is preventing the radios from getting power.

Sorry yall i forgot to post an update
I appreciate the help
I traced the issue to the 7.5a fuse under the hood, which I replaced before, and now it works
I may have a short somewhere that blew it but for the time being, it works
again thanks yall for the help <3

For anyone dealing with this similar issue, I highly recommend getting a multimeter with a continuity function.
the only reason I was able to find my issue was because I could test my connections and make sure my ground was grounded. Otherwise i would've had to tear some stuff apart just for me to find out I blew another fuse
long story short, triple check everything before getting to complicated stuff
