d15/d16 turbo build
Hey everyone, I am new to the honda community so i was looking for some advice. My father and i are building a hpde/autocross track car, we have bought a 93 civic sedan with a d15 currently in it, which seems to have been taken care of very well. Compression was solid through all cylinders and when i removed the valve cover to do timing belt/water pump maint, it was extremly clean. So anyways we are going to run this d15 while i build a d16. I am building a t25 turbo kit myself, i am only going to run 6 psi on my stock d15 while i build my d16 and we will turn the boost up then. Im planning on running a hondata kit on my ecu. My question is what fuel upgrades do you recommend. I was going to get a walbro 255 pump. Id like to buy injectors once so what size and brand injector would you recomend for me to get that i could use on current set up and future(my final goal will be 250-270hp range). I would like to have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator too, will stock fuel lines and rail work? Any and all recommendations and advice would be great. Thank you for the time
With consideration to your power goals, I'd probably look for some injectors in the range of 400-600cc. Idle quality is good north of 1000cc which is the largest I'd recommend for you.
Stock fuel lines will 100% work, and rail will also be fine.
Any Bosch EV14 style injectors will work well, basically just don't get the ancient antiquated RC style. All of these are reputable companies and make good injectors for our cars:
