Finally have time to work on my car again, and was trying to fix the surging idle problem. I saw that the fast idle thermo valve may need adjusting, but there isn't a fast idle thermo valve under the throttle body and there is no place to install one. I'm guessing it is not the one that is supposed to be on the car or I'm missing something. Do I need to buy a new throttle body and a fast idle thermo valve or can I make this work, or is this even the problem. Also the rpms drop when covering the iacv hole, but still has a surge and I just replaced it. What is wrong with this car. Also the white and brown wire is the push start the previous owner decided to install.
