Default HELP! 2000 Honda Accord wont start!

I was driving it few days ago it was giving us problems because of the cold weather had to jump it a few times to get it going after warming it up it ran fine after jumping. but the contunued cold weather i believe wore the battery down and then the altenator trying to jump it so many times. this lead me to two days ago while i was driving it it started dieing while driving like the altenator was going and it was just running on the battery I was able to keep poping it because i was going so fast. but eventually it just died on me because the battery was so drained.

So I went bought a new battery wouldnt start I assumed it was what i thought the starter died from to much of a drain on it so I just replaced the starter today! it still wont start it cranks and cranks like it wants to start but wont turn over even trying to jump it with another car it still wont turn over or start. the fuel pump is working because I smell the fuel while trying to start it. I have checked all the fuses non are blown. I have no idea what can be the problem now? any Ideas of what my problem is except not having enough money to buy a new car haha?

Did you have a check engine light come on? do you have a OBD2 reader?

My suspicion is there is a fuse that has popped. If you smell fuel then it's probably not the injector fuses. But I would go through all of those. I've noticed over the years that jumping the car can pop a fuse every once in a while.

Get a fuse tester and test them all.
