Ok, when I turn my dc2 to on position, I made sure fuel pump primes and everything else works, with new battery also etc... When i try to start my car i have the ignition turned all the way and sometimes it will take about 5-10 sec. to start or sometimes it wont start at all. When it doesn't start I have to jump the battery then it will start, and battery is brand new. After I drive for alittle then turn off ignition, it will start all the time after that, just has hard time to start when I leave the car sitting for awhile. Starter or alternator not holding charge maybe? Anyone please?

 

Alternator. I had the same problem a couple weeks ago.

 

damn, i was hoping it would be the starter, cuz i was going to get a free one, and starters aren't cheap.
