Default 96 DX please help

First car ever a clapped out 96 DX it’s straight body and everything cosmetic works except a few things my wiper port is loose so I hit a bump and then they start moving but I am getting a fix also my speedometer cable is loose so I have to hit a bump for that too because it shows 160k but I suspect it has 230k plus

anyways I have been driving it around town and have put about 500 miles onto it anyways

tomarrow I will at autozone then my local mechanic
4 new tire
spark plugs guages and wires
battery
starter
oil change filter
air filter

anyways from what I can see I have no rpm gauge
2 quick questions and it’s a 2 part question

what Is the sweet spot for this thing on the highway being that I can’t see the rpm’s I don’t want to ruin it
is it safe to drive at say 70 mph for 2 hours straight because in the 500 miles I have done I have done about 100 high way but I’m scared to go over 60

i need to make a 2 and half hour trip and then in the morning make the trip back

how do I know if this car will make that? It drives perfectly around town and so far so good everything else but I’ll still gonna do those upgrades and then maby a little seafoam and then head out on the highway

TL:DR
1 how fast can I drive on the highway what’s the Goldilocks zone
2 how do I know if this thing has a 2.5 hr trip in it and then back?

Goldilocks zone is basically whatever the speed limit is in your area haha. I found mine sits happy around 110-120kmph. About 70mph give or take,
Once your oil is good and your cooling system is good the road trip shouldnt be a problem.
Pack some coolant in your trunk or even some distilled water just in case
