Default Power steering leaks 2007 minivan

I have a power steering fluid leak. right near the front of the car. it seems to be the return pipe to the reservoir. I changed the high pressure line a few months back. I can't figure out the route of the line. Fluid is dripping on the subframe and then dripping off the frame. I had the wheel off yesterday. Do i need to remove the plastic cover under the wheel arch to see where the hell that line is?

Thanks for the photo. But I can't easily see the end of the rubber pipe where it goes in to the metal line. Do I need to remove something to get access to it?

The rubber lines are permanently crimped to the metal line. The whole assembly gets replaced. Believe it requires dropping the rear of the front sub frame several inches to gain access.
