Strange issue with my b16. (losing power/jolting/poor idle).
Hi, i am 17 and my 1997 b16a2 swapped civic is my first car ( i have not owned it for long). all was running well until one day i lost power and the throttle pedal wouldnt help then the power would come back and the car would jerk very heavily. this would normally happen after about 10-15 mins of driving, i pull over when it happens and it will idle poorly below 1 and will sometimes die out then fix itself, i tidied up the engine bay, the MAF sensor was on the aftermarket air pipe very loosely and was letting air in so i put silicone around it and sealed it, cleaned up earths. which didnt help. I then took the throttle body off and cleaned it with carb cleaner this fixed the problem for maybe a week, until it came back, so i cleaned the idle control valve which again fixed the problem for about 1 month maybe more until coming back, i cleaned the idle control valve because when the issue came on after the throttle body was cleaned, i unplugged the sensor connected to it and it ran perfectly which led me to believe it was the problem, is the idle valve the problem? I do not have enough money to throw at parts hoping it will fix it so i am looking for some help from someone more experienced.
Thankyou in advance for any help and reading through my post!

The code for the ECU should be on the back side of that grey/aluminum box that you have the Moates attached to. Should be a code like P30 or PR3 or something.
That Moates piggyback you have is very out of date, at this point I'm skeptical about your ECU/tuning situation. If you have a stock B16A2 without any internal modifications, then your ECU should be running a stock B16A2 map or tune.

You are using a chip emulated ECU, which probably means it is running crome engine management software. The good news is that box that says "extreme hulog" is a datalogger you can hook up to a laptop with crome on it to see what is going on with it. the loosing power/jolting problem might be the ECU resetting itself, a bad battery failing to power things, a short, or a million other things. you can get a CEL reading out of crome as well, which might provide you some insight.
