I'm currently working on building a 96 civic 4dr d16y7 engine, with a t3t4 turbo kit with 550cc injectors. Whats the best ecu for me to get as far as tuning goes?

Ask your tuner. They will direct you as to which system fits your needs AND they are comfortable with.

I don't yet currently have anyone to do a tune on the engine yet. But will the entirely stock motor with the stock injectors and ecu handle any low boost?

The only way to do that is to run a Vortech (or similar) FMU (or Fuel Management Unit) which is nothing more than a fuel rising rate regulator (Circa 1990's) on STOCK injectors for up to about 230whp. The ECU CANNOT RUN ON 550CC INJECTORS WITHOUT PROPER SOFTWARE / HARDWARE SOLUTION.

You can research the rest on your own via Google, or the Honda-Tech.com search engine (not recommended). But I'll close this for now, since this is very run-through material.

Best of luck..
