Default Car is smoking an burning oil read why

I would like to share what I just went through an what was going on with my car to possibly help someone else out who could be having similar issues in the future. First off I would like to say I read a lot of the posts on here to do with the same thing I was having so I want to post this because not many of them forums actually stated this could be the issue. I just did a full rebuild on my motor forged internals didn't sleeve the block. Had the head fully built an this a a poor man type r turboed. So I got it running an tuned an started drving it an it didn't smoke much an was not burning much oil. As I drove it an got about 150 miles on it the smoke starting getting worse an at first thought rings were not seated so kept doing vaccum pulls an driving it varying rpm an driving it around town. I hit 300 miles an still smoking an getting worse an just started eating oil so by this point was thinking maybe rings not seated all way yet so drove it more an it would almost clear up then get on it some an get into little boost an smoke more an then let off an still smoke some an then just cruise an didn't matter what gear an it wouldn't be smoking much an get into it and would smoke much still an keep driving and then all sudden it would just start smoking bad from a stop and go and just getting up to speed not into the throttle very hard and keep smoking 20 30 40 mph didn't matter just cruising and smoke like crazy. It seems these post people do about this issue want to always say piston rings or oil control rings and very few people say valve seals. I contacted the shodon and told him what was going on an also my tuner and both said its a head problem. Pulled the exhaust manifold off an its nasty few leaking on that side. Turbo had no oil on either side so it was not leaking an no oil in charge pipe or throttle body. Pulled the head an the intake seals are leaking bad so my issue was valve seals an it smoked on acceleration an decel an just cruising an not just little it smoked bad then kinda clear up for a few miles then started again an was consuming oil fast an spark plugs were covered in oil. So that is what I had going on just wanted to share this. I just didn't seem many forum posts on here that actually stated it could be valve seals most say piston rings but also none of the posts explained they had same type of symptoms I was having so that's why I'm sharing my story an symptoms with everyone to help out.

Hard to read. Almost painfully hard.

Valve seals are usually one of my first suggestions for the symptoms you describe. Valve seals>PCV system>blowby/piston rings..

It's not the length that is making it difficult to read.

It is the massive block of text with very little punctuation and no formatting. It should have been in multiple paragraphs for easy digestion.

I understand you desire to help with info not available, but many whom could benefit would just skip your post altogether because of the written challenges presented.

And this is where the ability to skim comes in play.
