Default Problems with cylinder number 4 crv 98

Greetings to all and thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.
I have a 98 year crv my automatic transmission was damaged and I decided to look for a manual one. I do the conversion. Change the motor wiring and leave the internal wiring. I say this in case it is relevant, my problem after putting everything in order when starting the truck after almost 1 year stopped starts with cylinder number 4 apparently not working is dead. She commented on the tests I did.
The engine is a b20b4 it was rebuilt with pistons at .20 almost 4 months ago I measured the compression was 160-170-160-155 just cylinder 4 with a little less than the others.
The other 3 cylinders are working fine. To rule out spark plugs and injector, I change them with cylinder 1, which is working well. And nothing the cylinder without working. There is a spark in the 4, gasoline pressures well and comes out well through the injectors, remove the intake and I turned the distributor and sprayed well the 4. In the same order with the spark plugs, I changed ecu for the previous automatic and nothing. Calibrate valves 0.10 intake 0.16 exhaust all.

Plug wires checked?
25 lbs between the highest and lowest cylinder is big , but it should still fire off.

There's only a 15psi difference here. 170-155=15. Should def fire since OP says they have spark and fuel coming out of the injector. Could be a weak spark or mechanical timing way out...?

Correction. 15 psi.

The #4 cylinder is at issue.
Did the engine operate many hours since the oversized pistons were installed?

I was thinking about this... did you replace the distributor cap?
it's possible that you could see a spark at the spark plug if you pull the plug out while you cranking the engine however under compression if spark is not strong the pressure of the compressed air will keep the spark down .

In case anyone reads this in the future, the engine was working fine before doing the swap, the problem started when I converted it to synchronous and I wanted to change the exhaust manifold, because the one that came with my old truck was repaired, the problem turned out to be that The exhaust manifold I used from the junkyard was clogged in tube number 4, which is why I couldn't find the fault.
