Default 96 Honda Civic high idle issue

Ok so I have searched these forums and tried everything but I’m running out of steam.

ok so 96 Honda Civic 5speed coupe, car was doing the typical Honda 1500 rpm bounce along with being jerky at 1/4 throttle. I read up and learned it could be the tps or iac so I bought both. While trying to get the breakaway bolts out the tps my throttle body cracked so I ordered a new one. Now new parts are 70mm Throttle body, tps, and iac. Also put a orileys special air intake on it. Installed everything and the car is still bouncing idle, or when it’s not bouncing it’s steady idling at 2k. I checked for vacuum leaks already so what am I missing????

What engine? 70mm is fairly large.

70mm is much too large especially if you are not tuned to compensate for the change in throttle body size. Stock ECU won't make up for the change.

Vacuum leak can cause high idle to the point that IACV can't make up for it. Also the ECT can cause all kinds of idle issues.
