B18a1 turbo hood dump?

Default B18a1 turbo hood dump?

Hello.
Ive got a 95 civic coupe with a b18a1 swap. im wondering if i should do a hood dump for a brief time.(it already has a hole in the hood)?

Only way I would have a hood exit is if the car was strictly for the track. For driving around, I will stick with the 3" exhaust setup I currently have.

Id only have it for maybe a week or two just so i can make sure that everything works. Than ill get a full stock exhaust and a weld in a cutout pipe.

go for it then, just stay out of the rain. Don’t tune until full exhaust is done

Okay. When i do have a full exhaust. Should i tune it with the exhaust splitter pipe open or closed? ( Probably open?)

What he means is to tune it how you plan to drive it. If you're only going to be doing pulls with the splitter open, do your tuning with the splitter open.
