Default What ECU should I use for my B16A2 with cams, pistons, and I/H/E mods?

I did a number of research and read a lot of forums. However, I didn't find anynspecific suggestion as to what ECU is the best to use on my NA setup B16A2.

Please advise me on good options as to what ECU should I put to maximize gains on my B16. The following are my nods so far:

Skunk2 Tuner Cams Stage 2
Toda HC 81.5mm 11.7:1 HC Pistons
2.25" full exhaust
4-2-1 headers
Skunk2 70mm throttle body
Skunk2 Pro Intake Manifold
330cc injectors
Valves, LMA, Valve springs, Ti Retainers
95 Octane Gas

Also, what else should I need to add or replace from these parts to achieve at least >190whp?

Who will be tuning the car? It would be best to talk with them and see what platform they feel would work the best with your setup for them to tune it.
