using a SKunk2 ECU with boost??
well....i have decided to goto the darkside........
2000 civic Si
currently i have
skunk2 stage 1 cams
skunk2 retainers
skunk2 manifold
ITR valvesprings
and a Skunk2 P28 OBD1 ECU 5500 vtec/ 9500 redline
and i just got a hold of a Drag 3 kit......
my question is...
will the Skunk2 ECU be good for boost also??
and will i still make the power that high?
use the stock ECU or the Skunk2 ECU??

Re: using a SKunk2 ECU with boost?? (skunk2allmotorSi)
there isnt much for specs on the ECU or the cams on skunks site... i am a moron, but i think i would be more worried abotu the cams then the ECU depending on the details. Especially if there is a lot of overlap with the NA cams... u dont want all that boost going back upthe the valve openings..

Re: using a SKunk2 ECU with boost?? (CustomCockpits)
i think the stage 1 cams are a little bigger than the ITR's...
is that ok?
and how about the cam gears they are at +1/-1...and timing is at 18
