n1991 accordo combustion in 1 chamber CEL 16 Multiple test done. at a loss
91 accord ex F22A4 N/A
So I have no combustion happening in the 2nd cylinder from driverside/timing belt. I get CEL 16 after a few seconds of running the motor upon a ecu reset. I've tested ohms of the injectors all exactly the same. Tested the pigtail going to the injector all get 12v i've taken the injector itself out and ran engine and its pulsing. switched injectors and switched plugs still nothing.I'm getting fuel and spark everywhere but im not getting combustion in cylinder 2. It starts up first crank everytime. idles and drives fine minus not going above 3.5k -4k rpms. Guessing code is throwing it in limp mode.
Could this be the ecu even if just 1 cylinder doesnt seem to be firing? Going to do a compression test later today not sure if that can cause a combustion issue since i figure regardless gas will catch fire without compression. However I guess if no compression is there I wouldnt notice a drop in engine performance when disconnecting said cylinders spark plug... Who knows? I know for sure I dont. I'm stumped.I also did mess with these valet switches but doubt that was an issue and most likely rip those out.

Im guessing the exhaust smells rich as hell, and you can hear it miss. you say that you swapped plugs and injectors to test for bad ones, and they all work. Youve tested the injectors, and they all pulse... so, Im assuming that since you tested the compression in all 4 cylinders, and they all came back in what I assume is acceptable levels... I am curious if you tested from the distro to the plug on cylinder 2. I don't mean to insult your intelligence, I just didnt see you mention that in what you wrote, and I was curious. I mean, if you are getting fuel, air, and spark, you ought to have combustion, right?
