Is there an issue running 1000cc injectors with I/H/E B18c

I recently swapped my turbo b16a out of my crx that had 1000 ID (made 440whp via Evans Tuning) and installed a relatively stock Gsr
B18c1. The B18c1 had no injectors so
I can either run these 1000s or try to find some RDX 440s. Im plan on keeping it all motor in the near future and I don't think trying to get stock 240s is worth the time or money.
Would running a too large injector be problematic?

I've used 1100cc EV14's with my 84x77.4 B16 (GSR cams, 10.5:1, Demon II) now in break-in period, and it works fine. Injertor pulse is short at idle, especially because I am using benzin at this moment, but that not cause major inaccuracy.
