What's up everyone!?
My uncles 94 Accord has an idle issue that I haven't experienced. It surges from 1000-1200 RPMs very quickly when it's cold and the check engine light comes on. Codes 3, 14 and 15. When it's warm the check engine light is not on. It still does the fast surge just after start up then idles fine after about 5 seconds or so.

Changed the 02 sensor and IAC based on the dealership recommendation with no change in the condition.
Checked/cleaned/adjusted the FIT valve with no change.
Swapped map sensors - no change.
Code 14 says it could also be ECM. I'm guessing that's it since Has anyone seen this before?

Unless its bricked, it is not the ECM.

Repeat thermovalve adjustment procedure per manual. Place thumb over the idle port in the TB . feel whats happening there. Does plugging the hole with your thumb stop the surging?
