1992 Accord EX Code 41
Hello,
I have been doing some research around the internet to what is causing me to get a CEL (Check Engine Light) Code 41 on my 1992 Honda Accord EX.
When I first got the code, I was quick to replace the o2 sensor as the current one had exposed wire, come to find out it did not fix the issue. After a year of not doing anything with it, I found out that the brand of O2 sensor I purchased was known for not working on my model, I later changed it out with a Denso O2 sensor which was more recommended on several forums and currently sits in my car today. The CEL code still shows code 41. I did some other testing with the voltage.

According to the diagram I was getting 12V from terminals #1 and #2 but nothing on #3 and #4. This is where it gets technical and I get confused and don't know where to go from. Is this an issue with the wiring harness and or wires? Could this be some sort of short from my ECU?
I may also note when I tried to reset the ECU through the fuse in the past (when I had the incorrect O2 sensor), it blew the fuse 5 min into driving it, I soon replaced the fuse. Since then I haven't reset the ECU through the fuse, I just do it through the battery. I haven't had an issue since, not sure if this is relevant.
