Default DC2 Integra Turbo A/C clearance

Putting together my 97 Integra LS b18b turbo and just dropped the motor in and my clearances with my ac condenser is going to be incredibly tight. I attached pictures.

Originally the car had the full size condenser with a full size single core radiator with two pull fans. I knew i would have to switch to a half rad with a slim fan, but looking at the position of the condenser now even with no fan the exhaust housing is touching the condenser. I have a turbo blanket I planned on using too but even if i put it on its going to be smashing into the condenser.

The manifold is just an ebay cast that the person u bought it off of had it in an integra with AC. So i know it can work, but im looking for the most cost and time effective solution.

As i stated im buying a half rad and slim fan and i assume i could do a push for the condenser but i dont see how i can change the position of the condenser or move the turbo back some without a new manifold.

Most AC setups have the turbo facing the other direction (compressor housing facing the passenger side).

I will try that, i do know my downpipe routes perfectly under my oil pan with this orientation. So i think i’ll have issue with that switching it.

passenger oriented DP isn't meant for AC compatible manifolds.

Agreed. The exhaust manifold you have was made for a turbocharger in which the compressor needs to face the passenger fender, that involves using a 5 bolt turbine housing for maximum ac compressor clearance.

So at minimum you need to have the turbocharger face the other direction. Regardless of how you feel about your downpipe orientation, it mist be changed to fit.
