Just curious, with a inlinePRO manifold, do I need to switch to a half radiator when keeping AC, or can I just use a slim fan? Has anyone done this?
I know with the greddy its not needed-
thanks!

you will be fine. The problem occurs when using ramhorns or similar manifolds where the gate is facing forward. AC friendly ramhorns are fine being that the gate location is kicked off to the side.
EDIT:You will still need a slim fan.

I have the inlinepro on mine and i needed the slim fans. + the ac fan needs to be put on the other side pushing not pullin. Depending on the turbo size, u might have to shave your block, but just a lil bit, not a big deal. The half size rad is just to help with overheating issues tat all hondas get, with a big *** fan... all in all its good to get one i guess, bc hondas bays are so cramped that your IC might block the air flow to your rad.

Good info! So the AC fan goes on the other side and I switch the wires? I think what I am going to do maybe is do 2 14" slim fans, and then get a greddy cooling plate as I have heard great things about them, along with some water wetter- I should be good to go. My last setup was 100% OEM cooling system from a EG that had a b20 turbo in it with no problems ever. I should be good to go i think
thanks for the info!

yea, switch the wires, just make sure the fan is pushing. Dont have the greddy plate but sounds cool. i put heat wrap on the dumptube/downpipe. The dumptube bc its the closest to the rad.

Yes, everything would be getting thermal coated, and the downpipe/ dumptube heat wrapped. This is a DD and needs to be 100% reliable.
any more input guys?
