What’s up everybody

Little bit about me:
Im 25, kinda new to the Honda scene but always had a love for them. Currently living in western Missouri but Middle Tennessee is home. Moved out here because the military told me to so yeah lol.

about my car:
like I said kinda new to Honda’s but so far I’ve owned a 89 hatch and now a 95 hatch. One of my best friends passed away almost 2 years ago to the day and he absolutely loved Honda’s.

I had always joked with him about him giving me his 95 hatchback but of course he never went for it lol. So when he passed I ended up buying the 89 ef hatch. It was literally the biggest pile of **** I’ve ever owned lol. But hey it was 700 bucks and it ran( about the only thing it had going for it).

Fast forward a couple months and a friend of mine sends me a screen shot of my buddies car in a car group in Kentucky ( he had sold it about a year prior to him passing). So of course I messaged the guy immediately and begged him to sell it to me. 3500 bucks later and it was mine.

The poor thing hadnt been taken care of tho and now is full of rust and ran terrible, clutch slipping like hell. On the way home hit a crater of a pot hole and busted a wheel. And of course they are discontinued in the color he had one there lol.

But anyways I’m in the process of restoring it as kind of a momento for his love of Honda’s. Kinda doing the things he always wanted to do but also adding my touch to it as well.
