Default S2T2 on gsr turbo?

I’ve been doing some reading, but unfortunately I just keep finding older threads that have links to down websites, but I don’t see many people who have tried running skunk 2 Tuner 2 cams on a turbo gsr build. The part that’s concerning is how much more duration they have over the Tuner 1’s and they are almost into the pro 1 territory.

Now im just shooting for 400whp with this set up, which consists of cp pistons 81.5, Eagle rods, ported head, Tuner 2 cams with supporting springs/retainers/ flat faced valves ( head was previously on a N/A build) a inline pro log mani, to a garret ta3405 .63ar 57trim. Rc 750s and so on.

Im questioning the camshafts. I’d hate to run them if there is going to be too much overlap, yes I have adj cam gears but that’s only going to do so much. In any of yours experience have you ever had any luck with the Tuner twos on a sub 450whp goal with any luck? Or since I’m not in the 550+ territory they will only hurt my power levels?

thanks for any advice!

The short answer is: NO they not ideal and this question has been asked/answered many times. For your power goal, turbo and fuel setup just stick to OEM GSR camshafts.
IF you had Tuner 1's/Blox A type cam then it would be a different story.
