Default GSR cams in a b16 head: Good for Turbo?

I'm going to be picking up a b16 head for an LS/VTEC setup. I have a turbo setup waiting to go on the car too. The head will be ported/polished, multiangle valve job, upgraded spings, retainers, and valves but I havent decided on which cam would be best for a turbo LS/VTEC setup yet. Two sources from two different local shops where I'm located both reccommended GSR cams for a turbo. They said the grind is almost identical to CROWER's turbo cam.

so here's questions......

IS a GSR cam an adaquete cam for turbo? Why or why not? If not, which would be the best for the application.

Other Info: The block will be built as well, with JE pistons 10:1 compression, and eagle rods. If that helps any.

I should probably give some turbo specs too.

It's a t3/t4e .57 trim

negative,

stock B16 at 10psi i made a little over 230hp 160ish trq

GSR cams and STR cam gears i put down 290hp and 200 trq at 9.5 psi

dyno graph was a lot smoother too (i'll see if i can find them)

yep, both were my car

stock B16, stock intake manifold, stock tb. Only thing changed was the GSR cams and STR gears.

And i switched from a Hondata S200B to Neptune, but i don't know that allowed any more power or not, i doubt it made that much of a difference
