Sup guys so whenever I try to turn on my car it will sometimes turn off then right away when I take the key out of the starting position to leave it on the on position. Any ideas? (Spark plugs and distributor are new) it has a b18b1 if that matters with ignition.

 

Try adjusting IACV screw on the throttle body?

 

Take your key and let it snap back to the on position when starting it up, does the car shut off?

The ignitions are known to go bad and need replacing. Usually cuts the car off in the middle of driving, sometimes from hitting bumps sometimes just normal road vibration etc.

 

As TC mentioned, I would start by testing the ignition switch with a multimeter.
