Default B16A2 stalling issue while driving *Solved* due to bad IACV

I know.. another idle thread, but this one is a weird one. Gen 2 B16a2 in a 94 eg, never had any issues previous to this. I was driving the other night when my car randomly died at a red light. Now every time the car comes to a stop and idles or I put it in neutral at any speed, the rpms drop so low the car tries to stall out and does quite often. No engine codes, I've unplugged the MAP, TPS and IACV while car was running and they're reading as car stalls out. All injectors are working and I'm getting spark in each cylinder. No vacuum leaks that I can find, I've checked every nipple on the intake manifold. Motor is in time and I even removed belt and retimed to double check. Basically all the first things to check I've looked over and I can't seem to find what my problem is. Car drives 100%, vtec works great as it should etc. It's just when the car comes to an idle the rpms drop low and stay low usually causing the car to either stall or sound like a Subaru. I'm seriously stuck and just trying to think of what to check next. I don't understand how it just started so randomly and out of no where. Throttle cable is where it should be and I can't seem to find an idle adjustment screw anywhere on the TB, no FITV as it's gen2. I'm going to change out my spark plugs because I don't know the last time they were changed in this motor. I'm hoping that's the issue.

Do the usual carbon cleaning? Clean TB, idle control motor/screen, and adjustment screw. The screw is on top of the TB. If it is actually untouched then it will have a grey sealant over it.
Only use NGK plugs.

Make sure your throttle stop screw is still in place. If it is adjust it up till it idles at 700-800 with the iacv unplugged and your car will idle great again.

Thanks I’ll check for it and give this a try. What if I don’t have it? And the idle adjustment screw is the flat head screw at the very top of the TB?

FIXED It turned out to be the IACV not opening all the way. Pulled a vacuum line off the back of the intake mani for now and idles better than before. Going to get another IACV and toss it on tomorrow.
