Turbo d16y5 doesn't have fuel pressure when turned off. Only when running. Can you he
I need help with my 97 Civic d16y5 turbo not having fuel pressure. I have an eBay kit installed and the regulator drops fuel when car is off
How quickly is it dropping?
As muellersfan said; fuel pressure does drop over time as the engine is off.
Now if you turn the key to prime the pump and you don't see the fuel pressure go up... then that is something else entirely. Usually a problem with your FPR (assuming the fuel pump is working properly).

Does it run OK? Perhaps the presence of a gauge where it really isn't necessary leads to overthinking it.

It drops really quick. Like instantly when I shut it off. I thought it was supposed to slowly drop when off. Also it runs alright but it bogs when I turn it on. Then it clears out and runs good. Maybe like timing is off or something?
